We charge a 75% cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to turn up for your appointment on the day.

Patch tests

Some treatments such as waxing, tinting, LVL lash lift, and tanning require a patch test 48 hours before your treatment if you are having the treatment for the first time at the spa – please read the treatment description carefully and ensure you call or email us to book a patch test when required as we do not wish to disappoint by having to refuse treatment on the day.
