We’re back!

Following yesterday’s Government announcement, we’re delighted to be able to reopen the spa next week! A big ‘thank you’ for all your lovely messages and support, especially over the last couple of weeks!!

We still have to check the full Government guidelines when they are published but know that our treatments will need to be restricted initially to body, hands and feet – with no facial treatments allowed. This means:

• No eyelash or brow treatments
• No facial waxing
• No facials, including CACI facials
• No make up application

What you can have … body massage, CACI hand and body treatments, PHYTO5 body treatments, holistic body treatments such as reflexology, body waxing, all nail treatments, manicures and pedicures, and tanning.

We intend to fully reopen during the course of next week. Please bear with us as we get ready to welcome you back to the spa! As you may imagine, even though we have been working hard behind the scenes, we still have last minute preparation and final deep cleaning to do as well as manage incoming bookings and rescheduling.

You can help us by thinking about the treatments you would like and, where possible, booking these together in one appointment – unless we advise otherwise, for example some treatments such as waxing and tanning have to be carried out at separate times.

Arranging appointments

Carmela will be contacting you if you have already booked a reopening appointment (from the 4 July when we had originally hoped to reopen) or if you are on our waiting list. She will either confirm your appointment date or reschedule it with you. We are giving you appointment priority from next week.

If you want to book a new appointment you can do so now by:

• Booking online as usual – we have updated our online booking system to show only the treatments we are allowed to carry out with treatment slots available from 20 July.
• Calling us on 01608 670777 or emailing reception@atouchofgrace.uk

We will let you know as soon as we are able to offer facial treatments again. Meanwhile just contact us if you’d like to be added to our waiting list.

Please read our Covid-19 policy for all the details of how we are now operating and what to expect when you book and when you visit the spa. Remember all appointments are subject to prior booking and prepayment and we will be unable to accommodate walk-ins.
